Great hotel to stay at. Room was very clean and the staff were welcoming. The bed was constable. Would stay here again.

Customer Service is excellent. Divya checked us in, gave us restaurant information and even walked outside to make sure our truck and trailer were parked in a good area. Rooms really nice and cleaned. We highly recommend staying here.

I will start by saying that every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful and had a smile on their face.
The room we had was very small. The space between the tv stand/fridge console and the beds was not wide enough for two people to walk past each other. The room was pretty dirty. Behind the previously mentioned tv stand/console was very dusty and had empty water bottles and other trash stuck back there. The corners of the base boards all had damp dust stuck to it and the bathroom light fixture had black water stains that looked like dried on drips from the shower. There is more I could say, but it doesn't matter much. The sheets were clean, as far as I could tell, so that was good.

The floor in the room and the overall bathroom were not as clean as they should have been. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and flaking off. Also the fabric chairs in the lobby area were stained and appeared dirty. No outdoor seating. Breakfast was good.

I specifically requested a room with a sofa and was given a room without one. I was told they overbooked so gave me the room they had available. Said they wouldn’t charge me and I could look for another hotel. I suggested they move someone who hadn’t checked in yet out of a room with a sofa and let me have it. They finally did this. I will also never understand spraying scent filled sprays in a room. The windows did not open so we were stuck with the horrible smell. If it weren’t for the other very sweet woman at reception we would have left.

This property is conveniently located, the staff is friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable. There are several dining options within an easy walk and the breakfast area was well stocked and clean.
