I didn’t even get to check in they told me I couldn’t get the room that you guys cancelled and I didn’t even get the room

they need to remodel this hotel. curtain had gum. no light in the bathroom when we got there. pls change your picture on the site how it actually looks like in the person. will not be staying here again. I dont not recommend anyone to stay here.

Room is not up to date there are two sides if they don't like how you look they put you on the side with graffiti and roaches. No working shower just a bobbypin where the handle should be. No remote to the TV. Door barely felt closed had to put the chair there all night to feel remotely safe. Graffiti everywhere on the walls elevator furniture. Staff is also not nice, they don't have phones in the room so they don't want you to bother them. You can't request for anything past 5pm no staff available. Ice machine doesn't work , vending machine doesn't work and the soap is cheap.

I almost wasn’t gonna leave this comment, I never experienced actual graffiti in a hotel room before. I regret not taking pictures and posting them on your site and feedback for the most horrific experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

two sets of rooms the least expensive has graffiti on every surface flora un swept then they get you ro ot for the premium rooms

Honestly the floor was stained and torn up. The bathroom door was also torn at the bottom. The water got warm. And the sofa they provided I assume was once a line green. But it is now a blackened in most spots and absolutely
Disgusting to look at. The bed has a dip in the middle so sleeping was so awkward. Everything was dusty. It was roomy and hey, there was a roof over my head so I guess it's....decent?

WORST EXPERIENCE The lady in desk is rude and we feel unsafe some men banged our door early in the morning and staff just say sorry to us never again stay in this hotel.

Ac didn't work tv remote control didn't work and there is graffiti everywhere strange people hanging out around the place should be $50 at most. Curtains and linens are outdated with stains and duct tape holding them together. Staff and front desk not available after 6pm no phone in the room. Only one working light fixture no light bulbs in the fixtures next to the bed. Huge bug problem roaches and ants everywhere. They are under construction hopefully it will improve.
