Room is too small, and no proper amenities and breakfast was horrible. Lot of disturbance in the room where you can hear kitchen noise.

Ambience was good and staffs were cooperative. Place was neat and clean. Moreover room service availability was also up to the mark.

It was an amazing stay without any interruptions or disturbances. Very much hygienic and comfortable rooms with excellent hospitality. Overall a wonderful experience.

The hotel didn’t have a warm welcome they kept asking questions. Rude behaviour by managers
bathrooms shower didn’t work and hand shower too didn’t have proper cleaning and working asking for check out before check out time and gave late check in made me wait and then also took me to a used room first and then took me to a proper and which had some hair on bed sheet. Image not available i checked out already

The rooms were below average, there were literally abuses being hurled by the staff just outside our room, and we had no peace. The washrooms were just ok, but there was a constant ruckus in the corridor. Did not feel safe or welcoming.

The reception guy was nice, just professionally handled my keys. Room was nice and cozy. I would recommend everyone of this hotel

1. I need my money back ! the hotel manager was so rude and he tried to sneek in our private room of breaching my article 21 said right to freedom and privacy was breached there i need full refund. Or i am filling a legal complain
