Disgusting services. Had to change the room twice and they were saying that the tv will not work in any room. After two days of continuous complaining and making several phonecall they changed the tv from my room.

Stay was nice and comfortable with all the basic amenities. Checkin was very smooth had no issues with anything.

Worst experience this time i don’t like it washroom is so dirty and not cleaned properly and bed sheets is also not cleaned properly that’s what’s happened with me

They have complimentary breakfast only during weekends. Weekdays they kept me starving. When asked they said they will arrange something from nearby hotels. There is no hygiene hotels nearby. The first room they gave was stinking as the ac ventilation was taking air near to a drainage. In the second room, the bathroom had stinky smell. There is some problem with their drainage system. They didn’t promptly change linens and towel during my stay of 5 days. I had to ask for it one day. Still they didn’t do it when i returned. I had to wait at 11:30 at night to get the new sheets and towel. I had a horrible stay.

Room are So good & well furnished ....all over 4/5 Rating bcz the cost of normal drinking water & food is so high... but staff is cooperative & nice... Thank Azora for great memory

It was a good stay at azora with good food on offering. Little improvement can be the nice level coming from kitchen and little more cleanliness

I won't recommend it for family stay. Restaurant is good. But for stay it's so conjusted and overall hospitality given to guest is poor. No parking space. It's totally unsafe.

Hotel room was good. But service was very poor. They took too much time to provide services. The tv was not working in any rooms.
