The bedroom and reception area was very clean. The bed very comfortable and the food served next door in the beefeater was great. I will definitely be back to use this premier inn as a base to explore more of Liverpool.

Bit tight for parking large vans so would avoid if you have a Luton or larger. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but missing towels. TV Guide didn’t work on the TV, neither did half the channels work. Didn’t seem too noisy throughout the night, just the occasional door banging. Breakfast was ok… hot buffet so nothing fresh.

We set off extra early to check in at 11am . It does say subject to availability but there was no availability at all and we wanted to get on with our day and reception had no idea when a room would be ready,...eventually we checked in at 10.30pm our latest ever check in!.....Don't know why premier inn bother advertising an earlier check in. We won't be bothering trying again. They've already moved from a 2pm check in to 3pm which is poor,...and room prices have gone up.... Premier Inn is not a good deal anymore and we continue to subsidise the kids free breakfast with the price increased again...Why don't they do Kids eat for a pound and leave the adult price as it was!

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very convenient location if you want to drive into Liverpool and has plenty of parking when returning back at night. The staff were friendly , welcoming and always available.

Absolutely loved our stay. Nothing to fault at all. Very welcoming staff. Friendly, helpful and professional. Only 10 minute us ride into town centre.

Nice comfortable bed and pillows and the reception staff , Michelle in particular were all very helpful and polite . Nothing was too much trouble and when booking meal times and getting the room cleaned and restocked , they made it easy

Stayed as organised trip to Anfield. Hotel was lovely and quiet, clean and the breakfast was delicious. Close to an Aldi, Costa and a good pub over the road The Jolly Miller.

I would highly recommend premier inn West Derby great location great staff and very friendly Also there are great Cark parking facilities
