Well located motel and only a short walk to restaurants and the Square. Very spacious room, well appointed and clean. The staff on the front desk were very courteous and friendly. Will certainly stay again when visiting Palmerston North.

Very convenient to a variety of dining options. Walking distance to the city centre. Very neat and tidy. Apartment was cleaned everyday and towels changed daily. Home away from home.

Someone in a unit upstairs making a lot of noise at 6am every morning.

A group of friends stayed and it was perfect. Comfy beds that felt new and fresh. All facilities felt clean and well cared for/updated. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Would stay again as only $52 for each person and super close to the city, a great location.

Great positioning and parking, handy to town centre at a reasonable price.
The only down fall was the room had mould around the bathroom window and the shower tile grout was showing signs of it too.

Awesome cute place, maybe could use a booklet highlighting the best places in palmy to visit, but honestly great experience would recommend to anyone looking for affordable, walking distance accommodation.

Our room was clean and functional, but we would have expected more for the price we were charged. In addition, the property did not offer breakfast, which also detracted from its value.
