First at check in we got the keys, when we got to our room the room door was left open. Went back to the front desk because I didn’t feel safe staying in the open room with my daughter alone. Got another room which was on Thursday floor, when I got to the room I noticed most of the things are not clean then I went to use the rest room… the toilet seat had hair and pee’s dry stain on the back of the toilet seat. Went to front desk right away dropped the key and left the hotel. Went to Fairfield and spent the night there.

It was a blustery, snowy day and we needed a break from our long trip. The hotel was warm and inviting and exactly what we needed to get some rest before heading home. Thank you.

Conveniently located, pet-friendly property. Older but nice sized rooms. Gentleman who checked me in was very efficient and friendly, as was his co-worker. Very pleased.

We booked a hotel at another hotel and went to that hotel and left because it was dirty. Was able to book last min with comfort inn. Rooms were clean, service was great. Beds could use new pillows and better mattress but it was only one night for my family and I

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom floor. There were numerous long dark hairs. I know they were not mine, as I am bald. I was checked in alone.

Hotel is very close to I-81, very convenient. Hotel is older, a bit dated but undergoing some renovations (late Nov 2023). A cafe (bar and restaurant) is on site. Many construction workers stayed here. Decent free breakfast.
