very helpful staff and wide variation food for breakfast. it is connected directly to shopping mall but the door is opened only after 11am although the shopping mall is start operating from 10am.

This hotel looked very modernized and hippie with the decoration.. i’m very fond @ the bed and the pillow quite soft.. however the air-con of my room seem quite old and not getting cold as i wanted. Overall the stay is worthwhile for the money 🥰🥰🥰

Nice hotel with center location in west Jakarta, nearby mal Puri Indah and sorrounding with offices and food market. Clean and staffs very welcome, unfortunately they only gave 1 access card for every room which occupied with 2 guests. Breakfast quite complete with some variants of menu, and taste also ok.

The location is super good, in front the hotel is Trans Jakarta shalter. The staff is all very friendly and helpful

Nice hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Had a fantastic NYE dinner organized by the hotel. Was pleasantly surprised by the fabulous singer invited by the hotel. The room was big and amenities were adequate. The veranda on the pool was a good place to watch fireworks in the neighborhood on NYE

I've stayed at this hotel 3 seperate times, once for 6 weeks. The Staff was amazing to me and always greeted me with a smile and knew me by name. I used the restaurant, the gym, the BBQ buffet, and even the laundry. Everyone was extremely friendly. Especially GREAT were Ratun & Stefanie at the front desk. They always had a friendly greeting and their eyes sparkled when they smiled at you. They were amazing and I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Siti in the restaurant was another lovely staff member who always had a bright smile and friendly greeting. The Manager in charge of the BBQ buffet was friendly and treated me well on my long stay. Also, the men at the front door always seemed happy to see me and were always cheerful. I know there were other people that I know made my stays great but I can't remember all their names. I don't think I will be back to Jakarta for awhile, but the staff here made my stay an excellent one.

High end hotel connected to the Central Park mall. Very convenient if you just want to stay in the area. Quite on the expensive end but not many good alternatives in the area.

Sila Ms is the bestkeep it up nice to stay . one ..keep it up. Recommended for stay next to market we will back again to stay here. Food is good and warm greetings from receptionis Ms silla. All good keep it guys
