Bed that we slept in was not comfortable. Heater did not work. We were hoping to put the fan on continuous to help cancel put the noise but it dis not work. Walls are super thin as well. Breakfast provided was good

Checkout at 11:00 even though door shows 12:00. Fire alarm went off at 9:00am and woke the whole hotel up. Mattress hard as a rock. In room thermostat didn’t work, had to run the heater manually. Overall not a great hotel experience for the outrageous price.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool or other amenities, and as we were checking out we heard them say the pool was going under renovations. So if that is what interests you, you might want to see if it's up and running by the time of your stay. Otherwise, we had a nice visit.

Our stay was good and breakfast was pretty good. My only complaint is the bed was too hard and it hurt my back. The pain woke me up way too early.

The alarm clock had no led light and went off in the middle of the night. Had to remive the backup batteries to get the clock to keep from going off
The TV remite didnt have a ba k and batteries kept falling out.
The window shade would not go up.
Shower curtain is installed to far in and makes the shower confined feeling.
Very low water pressure in the shower.

This is in the best location. The staff was quick and nice. The room and the entire facility was very clean and well kept. It was a pleasure staying here.

Room was uncleanly, sticky surfaces, old band aide on carpet, dried noodle stuck to carpet and room had an order, red stain on pillow.
