Worst hotel. Worst staff attitude. Worst restaurant. Worst rooms. We stayed there for two nights, complete waste of money. They did not open the roof top terrace bar, even after requesting to open it. Restaurant staff behaviour very rude. We asked for tea in the evening and they said they cannot provide. Breakfast menu was completely waste of money. Room are old and shabby. Bathroom pathetic, u have to wait for 20-30 minutes to get got water. Unprofessional staff at the reception desk. There are very nice hotels just a few step away. This hotel does not accept booking from agoda. There is no fan in the room. Rooms are not maintained and look dull and shabby. Front desk staff very unprofessional. If anyone goes to pelling do not waste money by looking at the photos posted on web. Age old room doors and furniture inside

Just a decent property. Food can be little better. Tea not served post 6 pm which is strange. Staff tries to close the in room dining and restaurant before time which is bit annoying. Rooms are clean and tidy with good view. Alcohol is served only till 9 pm.

Excellent Rooms are very comfortable. Also during power outage electricity supplied with DG set. Staff are very nice and cordially. Breakfast - very good variety including juice tea coffee hot snacks and a lot. Dinner , an excellent particularly fulka butter roti. Thanks a lot.

Nice clean and spacious rooms.View from the floor balcony is excellent. One of the few hotels having a lift. Bathroom is also big with 24 hrs hot water. Tasty food in the restaurant and room service is prompt. Limited parking though. Staff are very helpful.

Very good service, courteous and prompt service by the entire staff . Food was good and the place is maintained well. Location is ideal for covering the attractions in Pelling. We were a big group from south India and the food options covered everyone’s requirements and to their liking. Highly recommend.

Great gesture by the staff. Polite and generous welcome. Neat and clean rooms. View from Lobby Balcony is good. Excellent and Tasty Food, Thanks to the Chef and his assistant. A great experience and stay overall. Will definitely visit their properties at other locations as well to have an even better and rich experience.

Hotel room was spacious, somewhere could be little more clean , bathroom was a bit disappointment a spider crawled in through the open vents Overall an average experience. Hotel staff was super polite would rate them 5/5 for their courtesy

Perfect place to stay in Pelling. Their hospitality is beyond our expectations. Property is well maintained but above all I must mention about the service they provide. It's quite amazing. But the last not the least is the food they serve. Quality of the food is awesome considering this remote place and limitations they have. Thanks Voyage Hospitality for making our tour a memorable one
