Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare (Seafront)

Excellent large bed and mattress excellent shower had good sleep!!will stay again!!

The hotel side of the visit was as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Rooms nice and the staff helpful. The advertise that parking is available but that was NOT true on our visit as the nearby car park (£14 per day) was virtually closed. The most disappointing part of the visit was the attached restaurants. The coffee machine machine did not work, there was never any orange juice, the fried had completely dried out under the heat lamps. At over £11 per head this was not good value. In addition the toilets in the restaurant could never have been checked as lights would not work and the 3 soap dispensers where empty for our entire visit. The breakfast was edible, but far the standard you expect at a Premier Inn

Stayed at the premier inn for a couple of nights, was welcomed by Rhianna, who took care of my booking in etc and was very helpful. The room was immaculately cleaned by Debbie. It was a pleasurable stay, thank you all at the hotel

This hotel has very good proximity to the beach and town centre but the area is very run down and the exterior of the hotel is not very inviting at all very dirty. Very overpriced for what you get.

Usual good standard for Premier Inn and everything worked well. Room very clean and convenient, breakfast good. Right on the seafront so lovely for walking along the beach or going into the town centre. An easy 15-minute walk from the station and bus interchange, and 15 minutes away from a laundrette in Clifton Street (go down to the beach road and turn left). Anne was very helpful and friendly in the breakfast room and the service at reception was great.

Went to have a fun time at the seaside and enjoy wrestling event on Saturday night , hotel was great meals good , staff excellent and rooms very comfortable will be staying there again later in the year

We were pleased with the room - its facilities and cleanliness. Staff were very pleasant at reception and at the bar. The room was also comfortable. The location is good near the town centre, beach and railway station. I would say that the bath is high and can be difficult to get in and out of for a shower. The room was cold at night and though I put the air con up to maximum it had no effect.

Holly couldn’t do enough for us, she made us welcome, sorted out room keys & gave parking advice, I hope PI appreciate what a gem they have working for them 🌟 I haven’t tried the food, the room was immaculate, no real ale 🍺 in bar only Doombar, a mass produced cask ale, not one I choose to drink,

Not enough bar staff on had to wait for over 20 minutes at one point. Stayed for 3 nights with a baby not once was the bins emptied in the room so you can imagine dirty baby nappies in the room. No car park apart from the 2 empty plots of land by the side of the hotel why do they not buy this land. Good points room was nice and check in was easy.
