Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare (Seafront)

Excellent large bed and mattress excellent shower had good sleep!!will stay again!!

Firstly, this has surprised me as I've never had to put in a bad experience for Premier Inn, but this recent stay ruined a family break The hotel part was excellent, the staff, the check-in, the 3 rooms, 217, 219 and 220 were great, all overlooking the sea front. We booked meal deals and this is where the issues started. No staff in the restaurant, there seemed to be an issue as staff had left, staff working their notice and in the end were only servicing those that had reservations, no walk in places, breakfast or dinner Breakfast and evening meals, no bar staff so a long wait to try and get a drink from the bar, people were just going out to a local bar in the end No cup's for a hot drink in the morning, no bread, long wait for plates to put food on, hot food took a long time to come out and then went quickly as people were waiting in a queue for it to be stocked up, some hot food ran out on Monday as they wouldn't have enough food for Tuesday. The staff tried, don't get me wrong, but were totally let down by higher management our meal deal was cancelled on the Sunday night as there was no staff after 5pm, so had to eat out, no refund as yet, but great meal at Smyths Hotel on the sea front.

We came down to have breakfast at 10 am but we were refused, we didn't prebook as we were unsure what our plans were going to be. There were plenty of free tables available as i had to try and find someone, no one was at the check in desk. We checked out straight away as we wanted to get some breakfast before we set off home. It was a similar situation the day before, people were walking in asking for a table and they were all being refused as they hadn't booked, the place was empty. Toilets were also poor, no toilet roll in the ladies & the mens toilets were falling apart, dispensers broke / no soap no lighting in cubicles. Very disappointed !!!

Staff in Brewers Faye were rude and disrespectful to us. They act like they hate their job as much as they hate their customers.Tracy who works there was particularly awful and should spend time with the wonderful staff who work in the premier inn to learn how to deliver a great customer experience or maybe just find herself another job which she may enjoy more ( not public facing obviously 🙄)

We came down for our annual stay with our young granddaughter the room was fine nice and clean had a family room on both occasions when we went down for breakfast at 9 am it was appalling no food available no bread it was a total joke in fact you should be prosecuted for breaking the trade description act lovely pictures on your advertisement for breakfast this is a total lie my pictures are the truth nothing available and yet you charge people for it if you stay here don't bother with the breakfast it's not worth it and forget the evening meal kitchen was shut both days on this bank holiday weekend at 6pm

This was our second visit to Weston seafront. Unfortunately it was not as clean as last year. The bathroom had obviously been cleaned but not to a good standard with residual hair in the bath. The bedside table had a white powder on. We wiped it off as it turned out to be talcum powder. Carpet in need of replacing.

I paid extra for a Plus room and was lucky enough to get a sea view. I preferred having an easy chair to the normal extra bed. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, the hot breakfast was cooked to order and was very nice. It takes two buses to get to the Premier Inn from the Railway Station. Bus to Airport leaves from either the Interchange or the R Station hourly.

Breakfast was not to the usual standard of Premier Inn, lack of staff, poor replenishment, poor cleanliness of tables.

Great stay at the Weston super mare premier inn sea front. All staff were very helpful and friendly and was there 24hr service. Anything big or small staff helped. I wouldn’t definitely recommend and I will be coming back soon. 👍😊
