it was a wonderful stay. Perfect room condition. Easy to go everywhere.

Nice hotel. Lobby has been renovated. Rooms are clean but somewhat dated. Staff is friendly.

Liked the queen single arrangement so that my child can have his own bed. Toilet a bit old. TV was a bit small otherwise everything was fine.

Not as Expected, outdated room,worn of carpet and armchair. It’s not a 4 star as advertised, it’s 2 star motel standard place. The bathroom needed serious cleaning, dirty tiles. The restaurant had dinner time until 10 pm but we were told they are closing at 8:30 on the day. The only positive it’s close to attractions Te Puia and Redwood forest.

Not bad and my kids like the springs pool and quite nice for simplified spring spa.

Really great facilities and very comfortable clean rooms. Biggest plus was location and parking was easy. Heated pool and spa was a great place to go at the end of the night but would have loved longer pool hours.
