Check in and check out process was smooth. Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Well equipped kitchen. Location wise, it's located on top of the Blackcomb village, it's about 8 mins ride to restaurants or supermarket. Parking was 22 CAD

Overall, it’s a great experience - nice space and kitchen. Good view and location. Just the checkout was a bit delayed and the parking cost was not cheap.

一切都可以接受。大概是因為疫情，可以看出員工中很多是經驗不足的新人，雖然努力熱心，但在繁忙時段工作效率不高，而且會有錯誤出現。

We stayed in a two bed suite and had all amenities we could possibly need in the apartment. The hotel is right on the bus loop and on the slope so very easy to get everywhere. Only disappointment was that one of the hot tubs was shut so we couldn't get into the other one as was always too busy

I never knew this place existed but I'll be back a bunch! Found a deal last month and I was back for the second time. The location is amazing for skiing - one of very, very few real "ski in/ski out" places in all of Whistler Blackcomb (the rest require you to walk non-trivial distances with your gear - yet say they are ski in/out). The rooms are great (been in a studio and a 1-bedroom). Hot tub, lobby, and the parking are bonuses for a quick ski trip. Staff are great. Highly recommendd.

This place is lovely. It has a great homely feel to it despite being quite a large hotel. The pool and hot tub area is great and ideal for a wind down after a busy days skiiing or boarding. We were surprised that there is no bar / cafe provision at all on site but the free bus shuttle is very convenient outside the suites which provides a quick and regular 5-10 minute run into Whistler or Upper Village. The staff at the reception desk were friendly enough and the cleaning staff were brilliant. Very friendly, helpful and happy. The ski valets were a bunch of cool Aussie lads who look after you very well too. The kitchen area is just big enough to be practical and the rooms are a decent size and comfortable. Overall we'd love to go back and stay here.

This hotel and location is lovely! All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Up near the gondola so you are slightly out of the hustle and bustle but very close to Whistler village. The rooms are clean, comfy and cute, the kitchen suite had everything we needed and the amenities were great. Even in the heat wave, we had two fans in our room to try and keep cool which was much appreciated. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table. This hotel is perfect for couples or families and we also saw lots of cute dog friends enjoying their stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in Whistler, we would highly recommend!
