很滿意！去滑雪，這家酒店就在纜車邊上，非常方便，房間看上去新裝修，服務非常好，每天都打掃衞生，會幫忙收床架和開洗碗機，床雖然是收起來的，但是放下來很方便，床墊也合適，沙發也是一張床，理論上能睡更多人，空間留出來後，加大了廚房的面積，廚房設施非常齊全，爐頭、吐司爐、冰箱甚至洗碗機全都有，做飯沒問題！房間雖然不大但還有壁爐，聲音也不大，非常滿意的一次住宿！

We booked the Pan Pacific mountainside, 2 rooms for 6 people, and Our reservation was not honored. We were obligated by Pan Pacific to transfer to the Pan Pacific village with very short notice as all our travel plans were made. Spent time with customer satisfaction and very disappointed with no resolution or compensation to our satisfaction. We received a basket of goodies to apologize from the Pan Pacific admin. Very disappointed with this experience, we usually have no issues with *******. They sell the gold standard as a way to have privilege? It’s not of specific value in this case.

The hotel is steps from gondola.Ski equipment storage is in the lobby making it super convenient. It also provides free snacks and certain drinks from 3-6pm. My kid enjoys the hot choclate. Self parking is $32/night. That is our hotel to stay if we go to Whistler again.

We loved the location of the hotel. Everything was amazing. But as our room was facing the mountain / pool. We had constant blasting music into our room from long horns. Made relaxing and sleeping really unpleasant.

Best location in Whistler! As close to the gondola as you can get. Rooms are on the small side for a family but staff were super nice and helpful, pool was big and heated, and location was unbeatable.

This hotel was nice and I chose it as it isn’t pet friendly, and I didn’t want to deal with animal hair etc
The bed was one that folds up against the wall with quite a big wooden frame. the space was quite tight with the bed down as the frame is so large and wide. Also ends up doubling as a slanted wooden beams head that you can’t help but hit when you sleep!
Cleanliness was nice and size of the room was fine for what was needed. Right at the far edge of the village but good location.

Loved this place. So close to ski lifts, shops and restaurants/ cafes. Great views of the mountain. The room was excellent with good facilities. Only negative was loud DJ music every afternoon from a nearby hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
