Great place to stay! Cleanliness was up to par. Friendly staff! The hot tub was great!

Got a last minute booking for this hotel. No complaints! Check in/out quick and easy. Hotel staff was friendly, king deluxe room was spacious and clean. The temperature was comfortable and cozy even with outside temps below 20F. Enjoyed having a kitchenette space. Forgot my phone charger and there’s an iPad for complimentary use with a charger I was able to use. Only stayed one night and it offered all I needed—right in the village, clean space, comfy bed (on the firmer side), good amenities.

房間大而舒適，酒店服務亦非常好，因為有在廚房煮食，碗碟早上趕去雪場就沒洗，但客房服務的職員幫我們都洗了。而且酒店本身有免費的接駁專車到雪場的纜車站，司機也非常友善，就算遇上沒有專車的日子，4分鐘內亦有巴士站可乘坐公共的免費4車到雪場的纜車站。酒店附近2分鐘就有一個大型超市，超級方便，3分鐘內有郵局，但旅遊巴/大巴總站距離這邊有段距離，約7分鐘，行李多的話要有心理準備。酒店內還有可免費使用的洗衣機和乾衣機！對於會入住多於兩晚的住客非常便利。

Everything was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and it was also nice to have the kitchenette.
Complimentary safe ski storage, shuttle to the Excalibur and Whistler Village Gondolas running every 10 minutes. Walking distance to everything. Looking forward to staying here again!

Our hotel manager was extremely helpful.
Our domestic cleaners couldn’t do enough for us.
The outside hot tub and sauna were superb.
The shuttle was great and the drivers were so amenable.

Great location, great stay, distant from the noise but clise enough to walk in. Shuttle was great. Overall will book again. Only issue with the matteress, they were dated and could be upgraded.
