This hotel is very clean, in a great safe area. We travel a lot and i even said this place was better then most of our trips via timeshare places we get!
This next statement if for hotel in general WHY dont they put hand held shower heads on so much easier for guests and to clean the showers !

Excellent service with the exception of maid service, where we didn't get serviced until the 3rd day of the 4-day stay. Didn't have too much impact on our stay.

This is our reliable hotel in the area. Close to what we need and our friends and family… offering clean, safe, friendly accommodations

This hotel should not be rated an 8.8 The hotel smells like old food.
The carpet and chairs were stained and old.
The elevators are filthy. There was a candy wrapper on the elevator for an entire day.
The bedsheets were tattered.
The toilet almost overflowed.
We will not be staying at this hotel again.

I only have 2 concerns from my visit. The breakfast was a little disappointing, there was a waffle station but no waffle makers out. I'm not a big breakfast person so missing waffles is a big let down for me.
Very few places I have been seem to check the in room coffee makers. This one was well stocked, but did not appear to have been cleaned after prior guests.
Again, minor issues but the reason for not a 5 star review.
Side note - mattresses were super comfortable!!

stay was very good...i spent the weekend to visit my daughter at iup...had no complaints bed was comfy,room clean and a nice breakfast..will stay there again when i come to visit..

Facility was fine except for room air conditioner, which constantly cycled on/off and when on blew cold air over bed. Temperature fluctuation made it difficult to be comfortable - either too hot or too cold.
All staff were terrific - helpful and friendly!

Nothing was unique, but the complimentary breakfast was just sad. Coffee was very weak & tasteless & food choices not great. apples for breakfast, but rarely any bananas., and few healthy choices.
