The staff needs some serious training in customer service. They don't greet you, make any type of pleasant conversation, have a working knowledge of how to do everything required at the front desk, and more. It was like pulling teeth to get information. Making eye contact seems to be beyond their scope of ability. This hotel used to be very nice. We stayed here years ago. We assumed it would be a good place to stay again. Not so much. I'm not sure if it's new ownership, management, or what, but the staff needs some serious work.
