So I wanted to book a room but the online system was not working correctly, could only book 4 nights, except I only needed one night. As the voice mail requested, I left a message (3 over three days), also as requested on their message I could also leave a text, which I left three. FINALLY received a text (3 days after original call) saying the system was working, which it was. The original price advertised for the room was $101.50 , however it became $121.50, plus $35.00 cleaning fee ( never have I seen that before) and the usual taxes , the total became $173.00. Called another local motel and asked if they would match the price, they did so I booked the room. NOTE: They call back within 3 hours. As a result I booked their establishment. Customer Service is key to any successful business, poor service, on the other hand can damage a company, any company, often beyond repair. Remember, the client to king/queen.
