Had an issue with the blinds in the room, maintenance came quick and tried to fix but was not fixable… was given a price adjustment on room … great staff!

This is my favorite place to stay when the I'm going to concerts at Intrust arena. It's really nice to be able to walk to and from the arena to several restaurants. Only complaint I can lodge is that the parking garage doesn't have a direct entrance to the hotel, but it's not a big enough deal to stop me from staying there.

Liked everything about the property except the parking! Parking was on level 2 through 4. Needed to know a password to get into the elevator and then a bit of walk to the hotel lobby. Didn't care much for this especially during cold temps.

This past weekend was my daughters big 9!! Rainbow high doll spa birthday party and we chose this venue it was amazing breakfast was amazing the staff was amazing I definitely plan to say again

We always enjoy our stay at the downtown Wichita Fairfield Inn. We like the kindness of the staff and cleanliness, plus the free garage parking and excellent breakfast. My kids love the pool.

We were on the ground flour facing the street. We were pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise. Had a delightful conversation in the bar. Excellent experience!

This is always our go to hotel when we are in Wichita. It is close to Friends University and easy to get access. It is always clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is good.
