MainStay Suites - Wichita NE

stayed here for free using choice points and wish I stayed somewhere else. our room door was propped open by the lock latch when we first got there, which we found odd. no toilet paper. the room was really dirty. the 3rd floor smelled like nasty seafood boil and the elevator was rough stopping. someone was in the back of the hotel dumping trash into the trees from his truck. only positive was the front desk worker Cindy, who was friendly. definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My dishwasher doesn’t work, and there is a leak in my bathroom . There is a work order for both that has yet to be addressed.

We have stayed here several times clean and affordable, with friendly knowledgeable staff.

My room was clean, I enjoyed the kitchen area in my room so I could have meals in my room if I wanted. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Clean. Nice staff. Restfull.lov tjat thete was a fridge, dishwasher, space for oir three nigjt stay

In the area for work and had intended to stay longer but the hotel was so bad I moved to another hotel Room was filthy Keys would not work and had to change them out numerous times in a one week stay Microwave didn’t work and asked to have it repaired or get a new one and they never fixed it Bugs in the room Front desk staff was nice

Basic hotel, good enough for staying dor a few days. The house keeping only comes once a week which was very surprising. The worst thing were the keycards. I had to literally go to the desk everyday to get it reprogrammed and even then the it would take 5 tries to get into the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Won't stay here again. Nice staff but outdated and appliances didn't work
