Really lovely reception area, staff were great during book in, very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, spacious and warm. Just what we wanted for our one night stay. Didn't visit the bar or restaurant as was with my 12 year old Son but the menu looked excellent and the bar area looked pleasant. Plenty of nice flat car parking spaces. Would definitely visit again!

Upon arrival our room was messy and hadn’t been serviced, but the staff quickly dealt with this and provided us another room to stay in. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t the best, but the rooms were nice and comfortable!

I stayed here for 1 night and I made a teeny error which they were very helpful with.
The weekend I stayed there was a party so allocating me to a room where everyone passes wasnt nice. Ideally they should have put the party guests near the event and me as far away as poss.
Breakfast was so so.
The staff are absolutely fab and really accommodating.

Currently on the road and booked this hotel for a good night sleep and a bath!
It didn't disappoint, huge bed and huge TV to go with it. Will stay again when I get the chance. A pleasant surprise hidden in-between Widnes and Warrington
The lady who checked us in was charming and professional making me chuckle on arrival! (not sure of her name - Thurs @1900)

The bed was solid hard and think may have been broken as it was like sleeping with my feet higher than my head.
TV remote was broken so had to get out of bed to change channels and turn off.
When someone flushed the toilet in a neighbouring room it made a horrendous whinning noise.
Looks lovely from outside but a bit dated inside and not a very good stay overall!! Definitely wouldn't stay here again!

Average property. Good location for what we needed it for. In need of some refurbishment as rooms are looking very tired. Poor decor in rooms, mould in bathroom and to top it off, calls and voicemails from staff after checking out alleging that we had an outstanding breakfast bill of £24 when this was paid when we checked in!! Not sure if we will be back...

Another enjoyable stay at the Everglades. Staff as always super friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast both very good, enjoyed each meal.
Waiter on Thursday evening was extremely busy but still provided an excellent service as he always does.
Room clean, however bathroom in my room was a little tired some black mold on tiles. Duvet was winter weight so I did have to take it out of the duvet cover and use the duvet cover as a blanket. Regardless, we did have lovely stay at the Everglades and will return. Thanks
