酒店地點比其它酒店遠離火車站。地方整潔，早餐品種多及有特色。 可惜服務上要給差評，理應下午三時入住，要等到下午四時才有房，也和1小時前指出的房間有分別。 我們坐在房間門口外吃東西，拿了一張布質凳仔放食物，在上面鋪了保護。但一老婦（感覺是酒店的主人，是住在我們房間隔壁）經過，拿了兩塊布過來要我們再保護好這張凳😳期間不停的訓導我們不應該在門外吃東西（應該在花園內吃），會弄汚這凳子，更提醒不能在房間裏吃東西，房間裏的垃圾應該拿出外面15米外垃圾桶拋棄，因為會產生異味影響房間空氣質素云云。在移動食物期間。飲料倒瀉了，她的面色更難看。又訓斥了一頓，説什麼毀壞了這張凳。 這樣的服務實在可惡。我們住酒店住得多了，但從來未有遇過這樣酒店的服務人員（或老闆）。 百分百不推薦, 住費也不平便宜。It is a really bad hotel stay experience. Highly not recommend as it doesn't match its high price with its service.

My wife and I booked the Jungfraujoch All Inclusive tour with Rail Discoveries. Hotel Alpenblick was our base. After our initial booking RD offered us an upgrade for an extra charge. We are so glad we did. We were on the first floor of the annex on the opposite side of the road. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The TV reception for BBC and ITV channels was better than most places we have stayed in the English Lake District. The shower room was spacious and ideal. Plenty of storage. Spacious and comfortable bed. The balcony was the icing on the cake with uninterrupted views to the Eiger and the Monch mountains. On a late afternoon it was also shaded from the intense sun. The position of the hotel is perfect. It is on a quiet road and within minutes you can access footpaths, lanes and countryside. The building itself is up to 400 years old and has plenty of character. The few staff we came into contact with were mainly very friendly and helpful. One waitress in particular was outstanding. The "odd job" man was always cheerful and helpful. He tended the flowers to perfection. All of the food was of excellent quality and variety. A simple packed lunch filled the gap between breakfast and dinner. Adaptors for Switzerland are available from reception for a returnable deposit. A welcome bonus. If you like walking we suggest the walk from the hotel via Unspunnen Ruin, Rugenbrau Brewery, Interlaken West, Unterseen, Weissenau to Neuhaus and back. About 12km.

Stayed as part of Rail Discoveries tour. Overall accommodation rated Good. Let down by on occasions dinner service was slow. Also, could be improved by increase variety of breakfast dishes and introduce some choice of main meals and deserts for dinner.

I'm only rating their restaurant in this review and not the hotel. We didn't have much to eat but their food was excellent. Unfortunately it took ages for the dishes to be served. It was a good job we were at the end of a long day and didn't mind the wait. The staff were fine but I think the owner was a bit strict and didn't give out a warm feeling. It didn't spoil our meal though. Fair price for what we had.

I recently stayed at the Alpenblick as a solo traveller included in a Rail Discoveries group and could rate the hotel as excellent it far exceeded my expectations.It is quaint, traditional Swiss Chalet style, my single room was small but comfortable and well furnished, immaculate shower and a balcony overlooking the front garden.The food, exceptional including our packed lunch every day and wine/ drinks at dinner.Staff were efficient and friendly, in fact run as you would expect in a Swiss hotel! There was about a 10 minute walk to the station for the quick train ride into Interlaken ( free withe your Interlaken card) and onward travel to other destinations is easy.Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the area is absolutely beautiful offering many opportunities to explore further.

My sister and I have just had a wonderful holiday here as part of a Rail Discoveries group. The hotel is very beautiful and full of interesting things, and we were lucky enough to see it in the snow as the weather was rather unseasonal. The room was very clean and comfortable...the building is very old and full of character. The food was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. It is not far from the station or bus stops and the region is well worth visiting. We had a great time, and the weather improved as the week went on, and it was wonderful to see the mountain villages covered in snow.
