Great value. The room and facilities were clean and updated. The on site dinning dining and bar were very convenient and the food offerings were varied and good. The breakfast (included) was better than most.

Bristo was very busy took over an hour to get my to go order together! Waitress was very nice just very busy :)

Room is good size and comfortable. No microwave or fridge in the room. Only 1 coffee k cup and only 1 hot cup.

We booked 2 king balcony suites to celebrate a 60th and 85th birthday at the ****** and staying at this nearby Holiday inn. We stated the reason why we were coming also. When we went to our 2 rooms suites both suites we're missing the TVs in the bedrooms. The table to hold TV was there the cable coming out of the wall but no TVs. Have stayed here in the past and always had 2 tvs. Called front desk and really could not give me any good reason or explanation why they weren't there or why we were not informed there would be tvs missing. Others staying in suites we talked to had 2 tvs so it wasn't like this in other suites. What really bothers me is that maybe if 1 of the suites if a TV broke but to not have a TV in both the suites is just really wrong. Especially when you know people are coming to celebrate something special to be given 2 rooms like this. When asked about other rooms was told no other suites available that's fine so go take 2 tvs out of empty rooms and make us happy. We're told no one available to do that was working. And speaking to 2 different front desk personal on 2 different days about this both claim no knowledge of tvs missing from rooms. I can't imagine we were the only people to have mentioned this before. Honestly I really like this hotel but it definitely has changed over the years. To be fair front desk did offer and give us credit to use at hotel but it was basically useless cause we prepaid for breakfast and was only there one day.

Kids were running around the halls and banging on doors till 3:30am. Beds are terrible. Bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to fall down. Ac/heating unit very noisy

The staff have all been extremely pleasant and helpful. The room is a nice oversized space with a desk and a corner sofa. The breakfast buffet was tasty, proper temperature food, and good variety. Good price too. We will definitely stay here again when in the area and will highly recommend this hotel.
