My husband and I had a wonderful vacation staying at the Ritz (Deluxe room). Very friendly staff. We felt very comfortable and safe and we were so happy to be close to the town. Thank you all for being so welcoming. We will definitely visit again.

I was delighted that although I booked an economy room I was upgraded to a penthouse apartment .it was really lovely and comfortable.the staff on the whole were lovely and friendly and I felt very safe .the pool was great and the shop was well stocked and super friendly .the bar staff could be a bit hit and miss but that seems to be the norm in Curacao in general . The beds where super friendly and I would definitely return

Staffing wouldnt help on many issues. Internet was HORRIBLE. I told them 3 times and on the second time, they told me: no, you wrong, its working. I gave up on that. Restrooms and bathroom not clean everyday and its disgusting. Staffing not looking like much help for nothing. One day, they just forgot to put the breakfast. It took 1 hour to fix it. I asked for a chair on the Bathroom and took them 4 days to put it there only after I get upset at the reception. I would never return.

Cold water no hot at all . No bedspread just a sheet no washcloth just hand towels.room smell like a sewer .ac loud and don’t get cool .shower drain backed up water overflow on to floor.I checked out a day early and they would not give me a refund for the day that I did not stay..

1.Outdated rooms
2.Repetitive and limited breakfast.
3.Failed solar system. (There was NEVER hot water for showering).
4. Nice staff at the bar.

While I was initially a bit unsure about staying here based on some of the previous reviews it really grew on me over the week. It was consistently clean and quiet, the staff were warm and helpful, and the location was great for access to town. I stayed here as a solo female and I felt very safe the whole time including walking to and from town.

We loved this adorable property. Great price, beautiful pool, good security and the location was perfect for us. We loved walking around town every morning and evening. We also loved our evening wind down at the urban beach. Bartenders were super friendly! I can’t say enough about the staff at this place!! Professional and personable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the ritz village! Clean room, great location and super friendly staff! Walking distance to shops and food, yet far enough away to avoid hustle and bustle. On site beach pool was great! Franklin is the best host to enjoy your evening lounging by the pool.
Note: We did not have hot water in the shower, not a big deal but unexpected.
