The room was poorly soundproofed and I was woken up in the middle of the night by guests with small children upstairs until 2:40 am. The dining environment is worrisome. The only thing that made this hotel comfortable was Ricky at the front desk, who helped me get my deposit returned in a timely manner.

酒店在威萊斯，66號沿路西部名鎮，距離大峽谷南緣遊客中心一個小時車程，距離desert viewer一個半小時車程距離維加斯130邁，服務不錯，前台很熱情。房間有微波爐冰箱，茶水齊全，冰箱很吵震耳欲聾，不過可以關掉，也能聽見別的房間電視。早餐有炒蛋，豬肉香腸，麪包蛋糕，果汁麥片牛奶咖啡，衞生不錯，我訂的一個標間85刀含税，這個價格還不錯，算超值。

We had two rooms that were adjoining. Both were nice and comfortable. Only thing we had an issue with was no fruit or peanut butter at breakfast but there were plenty of other choices just not what we preferred. Pool and hot tub were clean and temperature was great. We would definitely stay here again!

They are undergoing construction and only have one functional exterior door. Our room was as clean as it could be but it needed remodel. D upgrades. The cost was inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

Generally okay but work being done on the property caused some noise issues and breakfast room was also being worked on. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub. No privacy between pool, front desk and the breakfast area. Curtains would be appreciated.

It was convenient for our trip and the restaurant in front was wonderful. Hotel was a little old.

This place was terrible. We paid $151 per night and it was the worst hotel in our trip. I contacted Orbitz after the first night but I was told there was nothing they could dp, other than tell the manager we were not happy. The rooms are in total disrepair: No sheer at the window ( There was the railing in the ceiling from a past one), the beds had metal pieces sticking out where I scratched my legs, probably because the mattress did not fit the frame. Towels were totally worn out and frayed. Breakfast was terrible, no fruit the first day ( only old soft oranges on day 2 after I asked) and totally stale foods. There is no elevator, and no help to haul your suitcases upstairs if you are old or have a handicap. The entrance door is narrow, with no automatic opening, hence another challenge getting your luggage through it.

The 2 people at the front desk were so nice and polite. The bed was super comfy. The hot tub was so relaxing. The shower could use a little work and the light in bedroom kept flickering. I enjoyed my stay here..would stay here again.
