Fairfield Inn & Suites Williamsburg

Beware there are other hotels much better to choose from!!!! NOT up to Marriott standards. This is such a poorly managed hotel. Have been coming to Williamsburg 28 years. Everyday breakfast items out (different times) , not being refilled, No coffee. Check in rude, sarcastic and condescending, could not wait for shift to end. Furniture damaged, TV stopped working. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping came in once.

Welcoming, helpful staff. Comfortable 2bedroom suite perfectly accommodated our family of 5. Safe environment. Convenient location.

Had a wonderful stay for two weeks. Staff is very nice and helpful. Gym was a little small and bathroom could use some updates. But other than that, it was great. Excellent location.

There were ants in the room and the bed, some of which ended up in our luggage and in the car with us. The breakfast was inedible and when telling the staff they said they would tell management, with indifference.

Great stay at Fairfield Inn. Parking was easy, room very clean, staff very helpful, breakfast had a nice variety of choices. ****

Hotel is very outdated. Hotel room looked dirty. Floors didn’t look swept. The bathroom looked dirty. Even the bag that held the hair dryer looked dirty. Toilet had yucky stuff just behind the toilet seat. The hallways going to the room also looked dirty and not swept. It smelled old like a locker room.

The breakfast menu was fresh and good. The A/C kept my room cool. The staff was very nice. Very pleased with my stay.

Staff was very accommodating and customer service oriented. Breakfast was good.
