Zatrzymaliśmy się blisko historycznych miast, które chcieliśmy odwiedzić. Miły pobyt. Łatwe sprawdzanie i wygodny parking.

It was a great stay overall but there was spider webs on the wall! Scared of spiders so I ended up doing the housekeepers job and cleaned the wall.

While I haven't been to Fort Magruder in awhile, the rooms are tired, furniture chipped/chair with stains. There we we facial tissues and 1/4 roll of toilet paper.
It was sad to see such a fine hotel deteriorate so much.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fort Magruder. The details about the fort were very interesting. The room was clean and comfortable. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The dining area was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only negative thing that I can say is that we arrived after dark and there was no lighted sign, so we had some difficulty in finding the hotel. Other than that, everything was great. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The staff was amazing. breakfast was ok. Rooms were decent. The price was fantastic, Pool was good.
They are Pet friendly and that matters the most ro me. However, I Wish they didn't charge $26,00 per pet per day, I felt taken advantage of.

Staffs customer service was incredibly poor overall. No one wanted to help, I called downstairs to inquire about the poor quality of bed… no hot water… mattress coils were broken.
The elevator is broken, no toilet paper in room, microwave located in lobby didn’t work.. ice machine on our floor didn’t work.. went to fourth floor instead… We would never stay or recommend this location. We stay in Williamsburg twice a month.

The worker at the front desk treated myself (and others around) with disrespect. She was so rude to me. We was promised by another staff (by the way the staff was all kind but this person.) that we could stay a 3rd night since Bush Gardens closed yesterday. The front desk lady identified herself as front desk manager, said “I will not honor it I fact you can leave”. We had paid for another night but was requesting an additional night ”. What an experience! We ended up at a different Hotel for the 3rd night that treated us and thoose around us with respect.

Rate and indoor pool were main reasons for selecting hotel. Facility is outdated but common areas had been upgraded. Overall, an average place to stay.
