The facility and staff were top notch as usual. This is not my first time staying and it won’t be my last. Very convenient to Water Country and Busch Gardens along with Targets right across the street. 5/5

Prejudice towards me. I'm a mixed black and white American man and i did not feel welcome at this hotel. They're primarily Arab and Indian people. They kept looking at me not in a friendly way and assumed i was not a tenant. I will never come to this location again. The building is still being worked on and they offer nothing to their guest.

Very nice person who checked us in. Loved our room. Only thing I wish , was for an indoor pool. And things looked a little off because of remodeling construction but it was good overall.

They were in the middle of renovations no one told us about. Check in lady was rude. Lots of trash and debris in parkinglot. Would not recommend.

The property is under renovation which would be fine but it’s not ok to charge full price for a property that is not even close to what we’ve come to expect of Wyndham properties. The room spelled of feces in some areas & the paint job was poorly done. The common areas were also in desperate need of an upgrade. The one saving grace was the customer service rep being helpful when we needed more supplies. I would not have expected this of a Wyndham property, especially at that price, even bearing in mind the attempted renovations taking place.

Everything in the lobby has a construction smell due to renovations. Staff is incredibly helpful and polite. Breakfast is served no frills, but very clean. Hotel rooms are a bit old and worn, but not a single bed bug. Zero weird stains. Beds were comfy. Everything smelled fresh. I had tacos. Rooms had microwaves.

Dirty hotel. They are renovating, so semi understandable. However, room should be clean. Obvious our room was smoked in, crumbs everywhere, finger prints on mirror, and hair in tub. Also no hot water. 0 stars

Hotel is in the middle of undergoing complete renovations which would have been nice to know beforehand. Felt a bit like a construction zone.

Never use this hotel. Under renovation and not told about that prior to the visit. Dirty rooms, hair in beds, bed bugs, mice droppings, rodent traps visible on the floor middle of lobby. Dinning area incredibly dirty I have no idea how they are allowed to have food service. Do not stay here.
