City Hall Grand Hotel

The property was beautiful! The staff was very accommodating and able to take care of any requests immediately even without a proper front desk. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and clean rooms and a very affordable cost. Highly recommend staying here at the City Hall Grand Hotel.

The City Hall Grand Hotel is beautifully restored and offers rooms that are unique and welcoming with decor that celebrates relevant history. Each section of rooms has a comfortable sitting area and there is a Keurig with coffee pods for the AM. Very clean, warm and quiet. Close to downtown. We would stay there again.

We heeded the advice about picking a room with a bathroom with a door and stayed in the courthouse room. Room was great - we loved the unique theme of it. And the whole building is pretty neat.

Stay was nice, however would prefer doors on restrooms in room, widows for natural, and better lighting in general.

The property was beautiful, a historic building in Williamsport. Better signage directing guests to rooms would be useful.

We stayed here while we were visiting family in the area for the holiday...the room was so well designed as was the rest of the Hotel that we were pleasantly surprised! Very cool place to stay!

Not having staff on site is not at all welcoming.... The rooms need to have receptacles for charging devices that most everyone uses - (iPhone, etc.). Having a shower as a part of the bedroom area was just totally absurd!! The description of the rooms was very deceptive!! I really don't care that the police chef used this room as his office!!! Tell me about the amenities!! Bedside tables were not really usable, they were much to small and not stable.

This place was exceptionally clean and check-in was simple. Basically, you just confirmed that the entry code was received. I'm not sure if this applies to all rooms, but 304's sink/shower and WC were across the room from each other. The shower room room lacked a door, so if showering in privacy is an issue that is a consideration (at least for this room). 304 has only a single chair and no table to supplement the two night stands. The location was wonderful, walking distance to the Bullfrog Brewery, which has MANY vegetarian and vegan options. Plus, the beer's good!
