酒店設施很新，但是入住登記時遇到的前台白女是我這麼多年在美國遇見最差勁的一個，愚昧無知自大**，主動給人找麻煩，攜程訂房間是實際入住人登記。我給我們家老太太定的房間就衹能用我家老太太護照名字登記，然後這個白女不想拿護照登記要有照片和地址的的ID。我説沒有，她就嘟嘟囔囔。然後辦理入住必須用老太太信用卡做擔保，不然就不能入住。老太太沒有信用卡，我問她怎麼辦，然後嗶嗶嗶的什麼責任**自負的話。這麼多年，住過幾十家美國酒店，見過幾十個酒店前台了，就數她**！

I stayed in 304, and big noise all the night, I reported it to hotel, nothing changed. No room change and awake all night

We stayed two nights to enjoy the proximity to birding areas. We stayed in a room with a sofa bed in addition to two queen beds and it was very comfortable. The beds were great, and we also enjoyed having somewhere to sit that wasn't a bed. The pillows on the bed state clearly on the pillowcases that they are "firm" or "soft" so you can have a choice.
The staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the warm cookies that greeted us every afternoon.
The breakfast choices were standard, including the dreaded powdered scrambled eggs.

Polite, efficient check-in. Updated clean facility.
No idea what’s around the property as it’s dark outside and we’re just here for a good night’s sleep on a 2 day journey. It’s quiet and about a 1/2 mile off the highway, so it’s quiet.

Had to change rooms.....first one had pipes banging in the wall and the phone did not work. Front desk person was not the friendliest, and slight hint of an attitude.

Have stayed here several times each year because of proximity to Thunderhill Racetrack. Always a comfortable stay.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was good. 2nd floor ice maker was broken, had to go up to 3rd floor. HVAC in room only occasionally turned on. But it's easily the nicest hotel in Willows. I will stay here again when I'm back in town.
