No breakfast provided and no facility at all for such a price paid. Not too far from downtown like 10 to 15 mins drive.

Nice little stay for a couple of days! Only wish they had a pool lol!!!!

Comparing to other motels I have stayed in in this area for similar price, was at the very bottom. Brown shower water, stained towels and wash rags, noisy environment all through the night. Breakfast and coffee were not as advertised.

The location was the only one with rooms available. The staff was very nice and friendly, kudos to them for their hospitality. The only issued we found was the fact the rooms were overly priced for their quality. We requested a "Non-Smoking" room in which was definitely not a smoke free room. We had our 2 younglings with us and of course I was a bit unhappy about that. The bathroom is extremely small, the floors needed to be swept & mopped badly, and the sink in the vanity area kept clogging up while washing our hands. We only stayed at the location for 1 night and left first thing in the morning. We will NOT be returning to this location.

Bathroom was clogged. When asked to fix it the guy who cane to fix it had a bad attitude. When asked what to do if it gets clogged? He said pray to God it doesn’t get clogged again. When we asked to change the incase it gets clogged again he gave a deaf ear. When I went for some towels at the front desk the receptionist said he doesn’t have one. Instead he said go look for the house keeping he’s cleaning the rooms go look for him u might find him in one of the rooms. Ask him and get it from him.

When I arrived at the hotel. I had to wait 2 hours to find another room, because my room was given to someone else. Staff claim that ******* did not sent them the payment for the room. When given another room after signing another contract for payment.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. The room was clean and had almost everything I needed. I had coffee and sugar, but no coffee maker. Plenty of coffee in the lobby. If you do not eat gluten, the breakfast is very limited. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Quiet too. I was near the front of the building and therefore, the road. I would stay here again for sure.

When we checked in, there was an issue with my bill and being given an incorrect invoice for double the amount. When I called them out on it, they said it was an error and shredded that paperwork. We were given in room 202, which initially looked fine when we went in and dropped off our bags. Upon returning a few hours later, there was a heavy odor of pot coming from the adjacent room. I also discovered a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rack with human hair in it. I went to the check-in desk to make them aware of the conditions of the room and, the smell. The desk agent stated that they could not control what their guests did once they had checked into their room, and that housekeeping had taken place in the morning before she even reported to work. I asked for a room closer to the front of the property next to the office. When she said they were totally booked, I said I wanted my money back immediately. She quickly found a room in the front of the property in the first building which we inspected and transferred our belongings to you. Not once did the office staff offer an apology or anything. I was not acting ugly because my son was with me, and I did not want to embarrass him. After many, many stays at Howard Johnsons across the southeast, this is my last. Between the condition of the room and the utter lack of concern from management, I will not visit this chain again. I’m also questioning using ********** in the future.

While checking in, the staff gave me the wrong paperwork to sign with an increased price than the one quoted when I reserved the room. When I question that they shredded the form I had signed and gave me a new one with the correct price. I put that down as an honest mistake. We threw our bags into the room before leaving to go eat dinner. Upon return several hours later, there was a strong, overwhelming smell of pot coming from the room next door. I also discovered a used dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rack with human hair stuck to it. We went to the office to request either a room change or a refund. The office staff seemed irritated at our concerns, and never apologized for anything. She just made excuses that housekeeping comes before she gets to her shift in the evening and she can’t control what guest do once they get in their room. When I requested a room near the front of the property, she said they were fully booked for the night so I asked for a refund. She was then able to find an empty room, which upon inspection was OK. Between the odor, the nasty wash cloth, and the front desk attitude, we will never stay at another Howard Johnson’s again.
