Nice place to stay when you come to town

The room was very dirty and had multiple mystery stains throughout it. I felt like I needed shoes on the entire time even in the shower. Housekeeping woke me up hours before check out time to see if I was still in the room. I got my stuff and left way earlier than I planned due to feeling gross in the room. During mobile check in I was assigned a room number but when I got my keys it was an entirely different room.

The front desk lady was very nice. The place itself is a little run down. Strong smell of cigarettes throughout the property. Inside the room was ok. It is cheaper then most around so that is a plus. There is much worse out there.

didn't even stay here because the man checking me in made me so uncomfortable and had me follow him to multiple rooms telling me that they smelled awful so he could spray air freshener in each room

They really went the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I’m a travel nurse wooing by shift. I woke up to find a towel folded against the bottom of my room door to help block any stray sounds!

Friendly, easy to check in. Instructions on website were different from actual check in, but the real process was easier than the instructions online

Best customer service I’ve had in a while. Great lady at the desk and the guy that was around always ask if I needed anything and very professional unlike some hotels I have stayed in. I stay in hotels 300 plus nights a year

Vintage weathered comes to mind as a description of this facility. Carpets are stained, fixtures are stained and bath needs updated.
Bed was comfortable and thankfully clean.
