We had a fantastic stay at Winchelsea hotel. The rooms were very comfortable a good sized bathroom and comfortable bed also bench seat out front to relax on absolutely perfect for us relaxed and comfortable. I also had left my gold chain behind as quick as a flash Arron and Tracey were all over it and had it posted back to me at home giving my updates all the way. To me that also shows a great trust. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I enjoyed my stay here in the hotel. Room was comfortable and had all the facilities needed. Only drawback was that the location so close with the main road in the morning was a bit noisy and that the facility closed quite early for dinner, but that seems to be normal in Australia.

Cute little place to stay, but could have been cleaner. Lots of cobwebs and dead flies in the windows.Towels and linen were all clean and fresh, and the staff were very friendly also.

A haven in the pre Christmas madness. After what seemed an endless day travelling, bouncing through airports and car hire companies I arrived at the peace that is the Winchelsea Motel. I had a restful and relaxing night stay there. It was striking how helpful, friendly and competent the staff were, plus they seemed to just enjoy working there - such a contrast to the rest of my trip where I seemed ti be an interruption rather than the reason for staff being there. When I arrived to check I received a friendly greeting and then was able to sit down with a refreshing cold drink, after hours of travel a real bonus. That evening I strolled over and ordered dinner which was another highlight, a very generous meal such that I couldn't eat it all. The Winchelsea Motel is somewhere, while not around the corner from me, that I would look forward staying at again.

Carpet must have been last cleaned in the last century, most light globes missing or broken, shower when switched to handheld sprayed water out of broken pipe and not head

Cheap for a one night stay. This is an old Motel has a lot of potential. Spoke with Manager Pat, Re our stay. He was very obliging. Had a meal at the Hotel , I felt was a bit expensive but tasted nice. I give you a hint order half size as we wasted so much. (Big meal.)
