2 day stay visiting family. As always, fabulous friendly people, great rooms, comfortable and topped off with a very fresh well made breakfast. Lovely spot by the river as well and only 2 miles out of the centre of Christchurch.

The great historic atmosphere. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my husband's diet! and English breakfast had everything I had hoped for. The suite we stayed in overnight was a lovely surprise; the bed, linens, shower room. And parking right outside. Thank you. We will make this our hotel of choice when we visit family in Christchurch every six months.

Very impressed. Room had everything and for a two night stay was pleasantly surprised that the room was serviced after first nights stay. Free breakfast was lovely as were the evening meals. Great service all round

The staff were friendly and welcoming and my room was clean and cozy. An excellent value for the price and all the comforts of home without being home. Will definitely come back again. I highly recommend!

Lovely old Pub...very nice surroundings. The room was very clean and beautiful. Wonderful people always there to help you.
Breakfast was excellent ...I would definitely go back ...

Had a lovely stay at the fisherman’s haunt. Marco was very friendly & helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Lovely room, comfy bed (with nice linen!) a decent shower and a super choice for breakfast all together a great stay over thanks!
