The service is excellent. Couple of things that stop me from saying excellent to all was. There was a puppy next-door, crying consistently for a few hours in the evening. And there was no creamer sugar in the room.

Checking into the hotel was quick and easy. All staff were extremely friendly. The guests are sent an immediate text to check if the room was satisfactory upon entry. I don’t know if any other hotel does this but it was appreciated as it provided an opportunity to discuss any issues with the room. The Dino Pool is awesome but made for little children only. It’s definitely not one for adults to jump into, however, there is a hot tub and a water slide that is separated from the pool for all to enjoy. At one point, the pool temperature was extremely cold but when my husband mentioned it to the front staff, it was rectified. The rooms have been upgraded and are very clean and spacious. A great stay overall.

We always come here for the pool. Kids really enjoy it here. It was a last minute booking and glad there is still an availabe room.
We'll keep coming back.

Noisy along the corridor even on late night already, it seems it’s not safe for other people staying in the hotel it’s very disturbing and annoying. There is no quiet time implemented by the hotel.
