We chose this hotel based on the pool and waterside for the kids. Everyone had a great time playing and enjoyed the large selection at breakfast.

Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was awesome! Beautiful rooms and very clean hotel and will definitely be making it are go to hotel for nights in Winnipeg

Bathtub/Shower was yellow and slightly smelled like cigarettes, but other than that everything else was clean aside from 2 stains on the bedsheets

Love staying at the best western. The room was spacious and clean. The employees were polite respectful and friendly. And I forgot they had continental breakfast so that was a plus!!

The hotel is full of young hockey players and family. The heater was making a loud noise the front desk person came to our room and gave us the unfortunate option of deal with the noise because he can’t fix it or turn it off and del with the cold. He did provide extra blankets so that was nice and he was very remorseful but couldn’t offer us a different room because the hotel is full.

Staff try very hard to be accommodating and friendly. Restaurant did not have enough staff for dinner time and the breakfast buffet runs out of stuff fast. The person making eggs openly told my son he hates eggs and no matter the kind we ordered they were runny.
The front lobby was clean and the room looked clean at first glance. It was the finer details, like lime scale in the shower and a bit of mold on the tile grout. It's clean, but not the spaces in-between. It was loud anywhere on the first floor.

Nice, clean, family friendly hotel. Breakfast was great. I just wish the tv was a smart tv so I could connect to my Netflix
