Arrived very late in the evening. Check in was smooth and the hotel and room was very clean. In a great area near many stores and restaurants.

We only needed a room for overnight stay and this was a great experience. Staff was friendly when ever we interacted. The room was spacious and had all the amenities you could have asked for.

No one at front desk. Room door ajar (!!). Room had unpleasant smell. Overall disappointing. Only thing we liked is the layout of the room. Even the colors (harsh shades of green) in bathroom & halls/lobbies were unpleasant and kind of hard to look at. Not homey!

No staff in lobby when we arrived at 8:00 pm. Staff showed up for check in and did not say hello, just checked in. Not helpful or personable. If you have a room that is not not on the top floor, the sound from the above room is VERy VERY loud.

Our room was spotless and very nice. The only complaint would be the noisy neighbors but other than that it was perfect.

Female staff member is extremely rude and this past trip was the second time she has refused to help me due to her being unable to perform her job duties.
Other than her every other stay has been fantastic.
