Wirral (Heswall)

The hotel suited us as we were attending a family get together ! The hotel was clean and the usual Premier inn decor The room was well presented albeit a walk from reception but we are able to walk so that wasn't s problem ! car parking was a breeze with plenty of space and unlike some hotels didn't require you to pay extra to park the car !

Convenient location just 20 min walk into Heswall. Rail station approx 15 min walk from hotel. plenty of parking and clean and comfortable room. Smooth check in. No lift. Had breakfast and evening meal package which is good value. Would definitely stay again

The staff was absolutely brilliant and done there upmost to make your stay was as comfortable as they could make it and one that stands out is Jill brilliant customer service and make sure she goes that extra mile thanks Jill your a star👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

We live locally to the Premier inn Heswall and previously family relatives have stayed here. We’ve noticed over the years the reviews and feedback standards including to the restaurant has declined in standards. Come on the holding company for Premier, please get some improvements going!!!

Terrible stay, the rooms are disgusting. There were stains on the bedding and hair still all over the bathroom sink. I asked at reception and was totally ignored, as if it's that hard to do the job... Since the grill has stopped being a beefeater, the food quality has dropped significantly and the breakfast selection was shocking. I had breakfast and the sausages were still raw in the middle and the hash browns were still semi-frozen. AVOID at all cost simple just robbing is out of money

Shot mattresses should have been discarded and, hopefully, as the takeover of the restaurant is recent, it will improve.

I use a lot of hotels, in my travels at UK, and the rest of the world, even if I visit my friends, I don't go to their home This Primier Inn chain was the first time I used it, and believe it will be the last time, pure disappointment. In the room I found a spider web, a sign that inhabit spiders and is not clean, the couch next door, was full of strange spots, which doesn't even have to force the imagination, I didn't dare to see the mattress, but I could see Which was well used, at the edges it was already lower, and to finish, breakfast was one of the worst things I ever, from the presentation to the service, had never seen something the same, without quality. For the price I paid £ 132 + breakfast + charity, I hope it will be sent, I can say that I felt stolen, and it was not even in London, it was in a very small village. Escaping this brand of hotels is what I advise. In Google, I was reading £ 63, all to deceive.

Booked this hotel for a one night stay with my daughter as we were visiting the Brimstage Maze the following day. Check in was great, the lady on reception was pleasant and helpful and she booked us in for our evening meal and breakfast and the Beefeater next door. Room was clean with a comfy bed which is all you really need. Dinner and breakfast wasn't great. There wasn't any orange or apple juice at the continental and very limited selection. The hot breakfast was poor too. Overall I would stay here again, but would not eat at the on the site restaurant.
