I booked this hotel as a surprise for my wife's birthday, whilst the staff were very friendly and helpful, the overall experience for a new hotel was very disappointing. Whilst the rooms were nice and clean and the staff were helpful the rest of the experience was a complete let-down. This is the first ever hotel that I have stayed in that does not have a bar or a restaurant that the customers can use. The facilities within the hotel appear to be hosted by a third party company, who's only interest is in making money and not customer satisfaction. Everything required pre-booking prior to arrival and nowhere was this made known during the hotel booking process, on either the Hilton website or the Hilton app. I have been in contact with the hotel manager, who admit that these facilities are not exclusively available to the customers staying in the hotel, but have chosen not to make any potential customers aware of the fact. No offers of even a partial refund were made despite us being a Hilton Honors member for many years. We did have breakfast at the hotel with tea that was so cold it would not brew in the teapot and a number of the options usually included in a full breakfast being unavailable, the place was completely understaffed and the whole experience has put us off the Hilton brand.
