因酒店位置方便，連續住了四晚. 兩床房，職員友善，但通知清潔房間時沒有做到，有點失望！房間沒有雪櫃，有點不方便！

Located centrally but only looks good on the outside. No parking available. Only a drop off point. Parking is just across in the shopping mall. We checked in late evening and the self checkin machines were not working. The only guy at the reception was also doubling up as restaurant manager. So whilst he saw us waiting he took much longer to come and attend to us. We got a room which had a connecting door to another room. Whilst it was locked this just meant that there was no sound proofing from the adjoining room. After dropping our luggage in the room we went to the restaurant for dinner. Now the guy was busy at reception and didn’t have time to take our order. Eventually the chef called us over and took our order. By the time it got ready the manager came over to enter it in the system. I think the guy was new or overwhelmed or both because he couldn’t even handle the POS system properly. Given the experience for dinner we went elsewhere for breakfast. If you get another option please choose that one as this hotel is not worth it.

Very friendly staff, re-opened the restaurant for us due to us having a nightmare finding parking. The chef was very friendly and welcoming too. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only criticism was a lack of coffee machine at breakfast but it wasn’t a big issue.

Room appeared dirty with scuff marks on the walls. Some walls had dents in them as if they’d been punched or had something thrown at them. Paint was also peeling from the ceiling. Bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper in the dispenser. Check-in staff at night were quite rude and tried to give us the keys for someone else’s room (all the paper cards holding the room keys had names written on them). Shower didn’t have much pressure but we put that down to being on the 8th floor. Bed was at least comfortable so we had a decent nights sleep.

Lovely comfy bed, unfortunately I didn't realise I had the harder pillow until morning, my sis had the soft ones , still had a good sleep, good size room , clean, plenty of space for your clothes and things, nice bath/shower, body and hand wash supplied, lovely soft towels, big telly on wall, extra sofa bed very very comfy . Could hear traffic a bit but never heard noise from other guests , great location to the shops , woking town centre is great and just round the corner, near to train station too, enjoyed my stay but double up the amount of teabags in the room.

Awful stay. The room was 603 situated right opposite the door to the lift lobby. Constant banging of the door until the early hours and then again early in the morning. Pillows were like laying on rocks and the matress was as hard as sleeping on a concrete floor. Not the normal pillows or matress expected at a Premier Inn. The paint on the skirting boards in the bathroom had peeled off and the toilet tissue dispenser gave ghe feeling of being in a public toilet , not in a hotel room. In all it was an awful stay

The Premier Inn for Woking is nice and clean, but for a couple of issues, the first one for our room 311 was old plug sockets that have no usb ports, and are white which I assume indicates no upgrades have taken place, this should be standard now in any room, also the kettle in our room bolted water for too long as the lid didn't close properly. Location was good for our purpose and as always clean and tidy and no noise.
