Pokój trzyosobowy, pokój jest dość duży, staromodny hotel w Brukseli, obsługa jest średniej klasy, śniadanie kosztuje 15 euro za osobę. To nie jest drogie, ale nie ma dużego wyboru i nie wygląda na bogate. Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację, to nie jest blisko centrum miasta, ale nie jest zbyt daleko. Ogólny stosunek ceny do wydajności jest średni, trochę drogi.

The hotel is conveniently located in a beautiful area of Brussels. The rooms are comfortable, we have asked for a large room, and it was on the 7th floor with a nice view. The beds and the pillows are fine and the hotel is very clean. The staff at the reception is very polite and the do their best. On the other side, there must be a Manager .... somewhere... but nowhere to find!!! I asked to talk to her and for 15' she was busy talking on the phone and she never revert . My complains where: 1. There is no restaurant available after 14:00 on a week day. For a 5 star hotel this is unheard of. 2. Upon our arrival we asked for a late check out( at 15:00) . A very polite girl at the reception asked us to remind them the day before( why????) The fact is we forgot to remind them our request and the day of our departure we received a call telling us that we have to empty the room because the service ladies are leaving.... We stayed for 4 nights and my general impression was that the management had no interest to serve the client at all.

We had a 4-night stay in this hotel during our recent visit in Brussels. The hotel was very good from all points of view: reception, fast check-in, luxury guest room with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, althouth breakfast could be better. Finally, the location of the hotel was excellent: just outside from the city center, but in front of the Merode metro station (only 7- 8 min to the city center) and within walking distance to the European Parliament.
