Vantage Point Inn - Woodland Hills

Kinds like typical motel structure, but not bad. Things looks old, but not messy, keep it well-organized. Only thing I should complain is to not outlet and USB port close to the bed side.

The staff was so very nice and helpful! I’m not sure about the reviews mentioning safety, it’s located in a very safe area, close to a Whole Foods. This is probably one of the cleanest most well maintained places I have ever stayed. Sure it’s older but who cares- it’s clean, quiet and you sleep there. Totally will stay there again!

Nice place really clean i just never received my deposit back

Uncomfortable and no outlets.

The exterior of the building lends to the belief that the interior will be just as clean and well kept. Not so. We had two rooms, one downstairs next to the laundry room, and one almost directly upstairs, I believe 200. The old and tattered furnishings in the downstairs room were stained and neglected. The mini fridge had sticky residue on the outside as well as spills on the inside. The bedspreads had stains of varying sizes and colors. We asked the housekeeper for replacements, and she assured us that they were freshly washed by herself but had stubborn set-in stains and that every bedspread she could offer would be the same. There were short hairs clinging to the bathroom walls, not the tub, the walls of the bathroom. Lots. The tub would begin to fill while taking a shower, and on the last day, the toilet began to leak from the bottom, and the shower drain began expelling black material from the pipes. In room 200, half of the room lights were not working. The worst part of the stay was the first night when an unknown number of drunk guests had locked their companion out of their room. This companion banged on the door, screaming his friend's name from 1am to 4:30am. Prior to this, you could hear them stomping and what sounded like moving furniture, as well a being raucous. I tried calling the motel office, but there was no answer. The one redeeming quality of the establishment was that the manager promptly removed these guests from the property when told about the incident, but it would have been so much better if someone would have just answered the phone it was happening.

Everything was ok

The location and area was perfect, but the hotel rooms and bathrooms could use renovations, but it worked for me because I was out all day working.
