Very friendly owner, personal service. amaying location next to the famous church at Worms. nice breakfast with Italian flair. Clean rooms with everything you need for a short stay.

The proprietor and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was spectacular. We would highly recommend Hotel Kriemhilde!

Heater was broken, instead of giving me another room or trying to repair it they threw me out into the snow. He shouted if you have any difficulty already during check in, go. Extremely rude. Don't stay there as there is a church that rings very loud every 15 min. And I did not see the manager, he did not even come. It took me 4 hours to find another place, as everything was booked.

The lady (manager / proprietor?) who checked us in really couldn’t have been more pleasant or more accommodating. Because I have mobility issues and there is no lift in the main building, she changed our accommodation to an apar**ent, belonging to the hotel, just round the corner, at no extra cost, which was much appreciated. Spacious, spotlessly clean, newly refurbished and well-appointed. We went back to the main hotel for breakfast, which was included in the price, and were not disappointed. An extensive and comprehensive selection of food, nicely presented and quickly replenished. Charming staff. Superbly situated in the heart of the old town Amazing value for money. Asked my husband to describe it for the ‘title’ and he just said “Faultless!”. Warmly recommended.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The amenities were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

A nice , simple, clean hotel in the middle of Worms. A little tricky to find at first as it it up a small side street off the main road past the Marktplaz. Didn't mind no lift being available but was on the 3rd floor. Room was appropriately furnished and then internet speed was spectacular. Breakfast was excellent buffet with a wide variety of options. Lovely bread! The star of my stay was the hostess (sorry - didn't get your name) who explained everything in excellent english and sorted out an on street parking pass for my car. Would stay again if I'm ever back that way.

Perfect location, less than a 10 minute walk from the main station, it has a parking garage next door to it for those who drive. directly opposite the hotel is the Cathedral so its 2 mins walk to enter it and its about an 8 minute walk to St Magnus church and the museum. At the time of this review the Hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast but what a breakfast!!! there was a massive choice of food items in the buffet and they were very generous with the coffee and tea. The owner who checked me in was lovely, professional and very welcoming. The morning breakfast waitress was also very nice and efficient. I chose a single room which was very clean, well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the shower room very clean and spacious. I wish that i had paid the extra to get one of the rooms facing the cathedral. I sneaked a view of one of those rooms when it was being cleaned and there was a really great family room with a wonderful view opposite my room. I normally stay in corporate hotels due to traveling (pre covid days 150 nights a year). this year i stayed in several of these hotels but none of them had that personal touch and welcome which i received at the Kriemhilde. I thoroughly recommend visitors to Worms not to fall for the overpriced hotels in the new city centre as they would be missing an absolute gem of a hotel. If i visit Worms again then this would be my first choice of hotel to stay at.

This is the perfect place to stay in Worms! From the warm and personal greeting to the delicious and efficient included breakfast, it is top notch. Perfectly clean, very modern room, perfect location central to everything. I had the best room in the house with a view of The Dom. The coffee and breakfast were great.
