Decent hotel in good location. Wifi is difficult for those using VPN. No elevator and sound carries. Make sure to bring earplugs.
We had an incident with a rat or rats who snuck into our room to eat our food. Tore through our bread and snacks. We could hear them running in the ceiling. This caused a disruption in the middle of the night, and the owner moved us into a different room so she could set rat traps. Owner was apologetic and bought us a cake when she found out we were celebrating a birthday. We stayed 2 nights, and a small portion of the 1st night was refunded through Trip.com. Owner was unwilling to offer a full refund for the 1st night.
The owner is generally friendly and hospitable. She offered places to visit and served us tea while we waited for our taxi. There's no ill will; Primarily just disappointed with the lack of compensation for the hours lost as we have limited time as travelers. Folks might make note to not bring food into the hotel or hide it well.

很高興認識房東和她的家人，可惜我們的時間有限。她對客人非常歡迎，也很招待我們。因為五一所以沒辦法體驗茶文化，但是他們有泡茶給我們。下次再來一定住在這裏，像住在家一樣。謝謝

房間大小，設施都挺滿意的，乾淨整潔
離沿江步道很近，景色不錯
去找吃飯的地方也方便
就是隔音有點不好，晚上路上常有摩託車經過聽得清清楚楚，所以一直處於淺眠狀態
防盜鏈沒有，無法鎖門，民宿也不會鎖門，所以會有點害怕

房間乾淨衞生，面積很大，空調也很給力~老闆是年輕小姐姐，很熱情，他們家也有自己的茶場，本來要請我們在店裡喝茶，但是我們要做高鐵，所以送了我們幾包茶葉讓我們帶走喝~

房子在小巷子裏，晚上非常的安靜。
價格很實惠，早上起來可以到小溪步道跑步，休閑拍照。
