酒店的環境挺好的，房間也很大，對硬件設施非常滿意。當天淡季入住的人少，也給升了房。 但是服務感覺不好，七點鐘開早餐，七點十分去的時候早餐還沒做好，放熱菜的鍋都是空的，好不容易到了七點半基本上全了，一共兩條清蒸魚，負責早餐的大姨自己用不銹鋼盆夾走了一大半，就剩幾塊肉和頭尾，剩下的菜我們還沒開始夾，他先夾走了，住了兩天都是這樣。吃過早飯之後，對於早餐時間飯還沒做好的問題也跟前台反映了，前台什麼也沒説。 第二天的時候，浴室下水道堵了，水漫到衞生間的地面，打電話到前台，來收拾的阿姨衹是解決下水道堵的問題，完全沒管地下的水，我們又把他叫回來，他説衹有濕拖布，最後用我們屋的浴巾把地下擦了。 總體來説完全不像一個五星大酒店應有的服務，就像一個家庭小作坊一樣，管理不行。

歡迎水果:這是每天都有的，好幸福。天天水果不重樣。 房間送了兩成人的早餐，娃就是另付48元一頓的早餐。講真，早餐真心不怎麼樣，能吃飽，但是吃的不好，反正和其他五星比，不怎麼樣，感覺有些經濟酒店的差不多持平的樣子。 酒店的地理位置其實不佔太大優勢，離景區的各個出入口差不多都3-4公里路，但是架不住武夷山打車費便宜，而且酒店風景真心好。 房間正對着酒店的高爾夫球場，視線無遮擋，在陽台上就看到了遠處連綿不絕的山脈，實屬放空自己的好地方。 大堂接待的小姐姐很好，還提醒我們可以去游泳。走的時候東西忘在房間了，也是小姐姐接了客服電話，然後再聯繫我的。整體來説，酒店前台和客房服務不錯不錯。 游泳池是室外的，好像是外包給別的培訓機構的，開放時間很大程度上和機構的游泳培訓是重疊的，然後裏面的工作人員（游泳教練）態度很不好，一直在變相趕人，一會兒説是家長不能入內，一會兒説是我們沒穿規定的游泳服。我説我們是酒店的客人，就開始咕噥説讓我們靠邊。 酒店的外賣會有機器人送上來，不過高峯時間還是要自己下去拿的，機器人可愛地説要記得給他好評，嗯，好評好評，五星好評服務到位，態度軟萌。 另外，估計應該是環境太好的關係，房間有飛蛾，酒店客房後來還送了殺蟲劑。有效解決了問題。

Take Bus No. 9 and get off at Ziyang Ancient City, 3 yuan. To the north gate of Wuyi Mountain Scenic Spot, take a bus for 4 stops for 1 yuan. A taxi is 7 yuan (young people can walk there). Very convenient. Hotel manager Zhang saw that we were old comrades from Beijing and upgraded our room. Xiaozhu at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the cleaning staff are also serious and responsible. Today the hotel owner came to inspect and told us that if old comrades or guests in need, the hotel can send someone to pick them up.
