As announced. Superb villa with top facilities. Amazing sea views. If you care about being close to amenities / village, it is a bit far.

Emma on the Roc is beautifully constructed but the maintenance & up keep of property is poor. We had many issues such as no outdoor chair covers- we had to use just the foam cushions for the pool chairs, inside handle on one of the bathrooms was missing -
