Good location, by the city wall, close to metro and shops, tasty breakfasts, polite staff, free laundry.

Room was spacious and clean, just with a faux view out of the window. Had bathroom and amenities. Just one of the USB charging port wasn't working, still managed. Found a bit weird how as soon as you get in, there is a lady stationed there trying to sell you tours etc. Nothing wrong with that and certainly useful for some. But got told it would be difficult to go to the terracotta army by ourselves, just use Baidu maps / didi to call car and it is fine. I liked that gifts were included at check out, sad we couldn't have our night snack and free clothing experience which were included in the price of the room) as booking is needed for that in advance apparently. Good place in a good location. Breakfast was included and worth it.

A five star rating for a local three star hotel. Everything was good from the hotel location which is within 2 km from Bell and Drum Towers. Staff were friendly especially the kitchen's chefs who packed breakfasts for us on the day we went on an early excursion to the Terracotta Warrior sites. The hotel has good amenities: It is surrounded by food and convenience stores and even a supermarket. The washing machines and heaters are really helpful as my family were staying there for a week so clean laundry was definitely a plus The housecleaning service is also prompt and helpful whenever we have additional requests. The only negative is the wifi connection which went off intermittently. Oddly this issue only happened on our mobile phones while it worked ok for my laptop.

Excellent service. Spacious and immaculate room. And the staff? Friendly, warm and welcoming. My stay here in Xi’an was made better with Convenient City Inn. I’m very pleased I chose them. And I highly recommend them for anyone else looking to visit the ancient capital of west China! Notes: 🟢 I usually check negative reviews before I book a stay. Others have noted cleanliness concerns, but as you can see from my pictures, the room was cleaned to a high standard—plus you are provided with fresh towels and brushes etc. daily. 🔵 Some noise came from the vents at night, but it wasn’t enough to affect my stay. I would say the noise was like a low rumble. It made no difference to my quality of sleep. I hope this helps you! ✌️
