Licheng Hotel Yi (Xi’an Bell and Drum Tower Xiaozhai Datang Everbright City)

We arrived late at night, and Hua Shan welcomed us with exceptional attentiveness. She was very caring and polite, leaving us with a great first impression. Our room was clean, new, and well-decorated. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price. The dining area staff, particularly the aunties, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to explain the breakfast options. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the metro station. And there were convenience stores nearby. However, one minor issue I had was that the bathroom door and toilet wall were partially visible from outside the room, which I found a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, I had read in other reviews that the hotel provided suanmeitang when guests checked out, but I did not receive anything. So, I’m unsure if this is a regular practice 🤔

There service was nice and the staff was friendly, enjoyed the stay.

Lovely room with strong aircon which was needed. The location is a little far from the South Gate in the heat, however it is on a cool leafy street and it is close to a subway station and other conveniences. There is also a lovely lobby area.

My friend and I decided to stay at this hotel due to price and location. When I booked, the reviews were positive so I just decided to do it. It turned out to be a super nice two day stay. The room was cleaned multiple times a day, the staff was beautiful and friendly, and the facilities were fully functional. The only issue (if you could call it that) was that there was a little confusion about that actual name of the hotel for ordering takeout, but that was quickly resolved. There are many good local restaurants in the area and it is a block or two away from the old city wall. Another point about the staff, the check in process was very easy. They served us soup during the evenings (no additional charge or upon request) and upon departing we were both given sweet tea for our drive to the railway station. 100% recommend.

The location is not so good, a little bit far from the touristics attractions. The hotel is very confortable and clean, the service is very good and I felt very confortable. Just i had to walk a lot od take an uber.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service from the staff is top class and so good. They really look after their guests here and are very well trained. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in our travels and couldn't recommend this one more, as I'vethis is seriously another level. The supplies and condiments offered in the room is very comprehensive and complete. They offer order fruits and snacks at any time. They will even open the gym for you if you want to use it when it is closed. Too many examples of great customer service to write on here.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly. There are lot of amenities likewonderfuk tea and even soup as a compliment.

Old style hotel, 15 min to walk to old town, the room was big, breakfast so and so, all was ok to conclude.
