AHS-Park Hotel(Xi'an Xiaozhai Metro Station)

I arrived late and the taxi don't find the hotel at first. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast was not the best one. Also i booked fast and don't look that the room doesn't have Windows. Small room i Even don't have the place to open my luggage. Bathroom was nice.

This hotel is very convenient, very close to the metro station and good shopping around, the rooms were very clean and the service was very good.

Only stayed for one night, but booked in very late at like 2am. The staff was friendly and had an easy check in, they even upgraded my room for me. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Good location, but the hotel looks not very clean, gym is too small.

Henhao

This hotel was great, and I would stay here again without a doubt. It is super close to the metro station, seriously like next to it. It's tucked back away from the busy street, so it was quiet and I slept well. About that, it took me a bit of time to find the location. Keep an eye out for a little alley/street and there is a sign with the hotel's name on the wall. I wasn't looking up and didn't see the sign the first few times walking by. There was a man set up on the corner selling drinks from a cart the rest of the trip, so perhaps you'll see him and know it's time to turn. The staff members were really nice, helpful, and a few could speak English to make my check-in and questions go quickly. The room itself matched the pictures and was adequate for only me for a few days. In my opinion, it would be a bit small for two people to share. Overall, I was very pleased with the value and hospitality at this hotel, and recommend it.

他們家服務態度很好，小到打掃衞生的阿姨都是那麼的客氣，看我帶着孩子，還送了小童拖鞋牙刷，都是機器人送來的，孩子很喜歡，住了3天，每天都按時打掃衞生，房間裏也有4瓶水提供，很貼心，對面就是賽格購物中心，去哪裡很方便。

大床房，房間配套齊全，實物配製與網絡圖片一致，無誇張成分，位於小寨商圈，價格合適，鬧中取靜，距離地鐵口很近，出行方便。堵車時候，選擇地鐵出行，是不錯的選擇。

機器人好可愛！ 前台服務專業，有一次半夜，房間隔壁樓梯口，應該是顧客開窗説話，聲音從樓梯，傳到我的窗口，很吵，我致電前台投訴，前台很快上去告知住客了。但沒腦的顧客，聲量還是很大聲。幸好前台幫我換房間，感恩🥰。 我明白某些人講話的聲量，都特別大聲，但已經過了午夜12am，希望可以互相體諒，感恩🙏🙏
